Mario,
Thanks for [the draft copy of] "From Access to Outcomes." It takes important positions and gets at some of the keys to achieving effective equity in our society. I think the idea that useful technology needs to be pervasive in low-income areas and that the case for technology in those areas needs to be based on real, practical solutions to the human needs that people struggle with are particularly important. Over the upcoming Thanksgiving break I will give the draft a close reading and get back to you with more comments.
