Glynis Long is the national co-chair for Americans
Communicating Electronically, a volunteer public/private partnership
working with organizations and people who assist the technically
disadvantaged or underserved, helping to bridge the Digital Divide. ACE
members are re-distributors of information, in the US and abroad,
impacting training/education/distance learning, health,
economic/youth/inter-generational development and eCommerce. ACE showcases
government technology success stories. Our current 21st Century projects
are 4-H Youth Technology Teams training Senior Citizens, supporting
Community Technology Centers CTCs, and encouraging members of the
community to use the public access centers in their own communities.
Glynis works for the Office of Women's Business
Ownership, Small Business Administration.
