Nick Gleason
President and CEO
CitySoft

Nick is co-founder and President of CitySoft. Nick's career has spanned private, public and non-profit sectors. Before starting CitySoft, Nick attended Harvard Business School and started a successful consulting business, Gleason Associates, which focused on urban development and technology.

Before starting Gleason Associates, Nick participated in a year-long Fellowship in leadership development at the Coro Foundation in San Francisco where he worked with and consulted to business, labor, government and non-profit organizations. Previously, Nick worked for a software company, Habitat for Humanity, Foreign Policy Magazine, The MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour, and a U.S. Senator.

Nick earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford where he majored in Political Science (with honors) and English. Nick has lived in both Spain and Latin America and is proficient in Spanish. He is a current recipient of a Fellowship from the Echoing Green Foundation, is a past recipient of the Firestone Award (from Stanford), passed the Foreign Service Written Examination, and was a finalist for the Rotary Club International Scholarship.

Nick lives in Boston, Massachusetts and has been known to play a pretty mean game of cribbage.
